Will my favorites/sheets/purchased material be saved if my membership lapses?

Yes! Anything purchased, downloaded, and favorited always remains attached to your profile and available with active membership.

In some of the old videos Shawn mentions a lifetime membership, is that still available?

Unfortunately, the lifetime membership is no longer available for purchase.

How do I slow the video down?

To slow the video playback down, click the setting gear button at the bottom right of the video player.

How do I download a sheet?

Sheet PDF downloads are available for nearly every lesson on WPT. Check the membership page for specifics on how many credits comes with each membership level and what the cost of each sheet is per membership level. To download a sheet click, the green button to the right of the lesson window that says PURCHASE DIGITAL LESSON SHEET (PDF). Below that, you will either see how many credits remain or the price per sheet according to your membership level. The sheet will automatically be sent to whatever folder is preset to store downloads on your computer's hard drive.

To submit a video for the testimonial page, upload your performance or testimonial to any social media site or YouTube, send us the link to sales@webpianoteacher.com, and we'll take care of the rest. Seeing people play anything they learned on WPT is our favorite thing! No matter what level you play the song at, we love to see it!
